ULTIMATEFARES.COM IS A FRAUD

Page 1 of 2 Please dont even think of booking airlines or any other ticket through ultimatefares.Com. They are day light robbers and cheaters. And you will end up paying hidden charges and sometimes fake/invalid tickets. I had the worst experience with them twice.. And there customer support is another fraud and they will never pick your call..
For the first time I booked my ticket for atlanta from newark and they said charge is $318 but my credit card was charged for $442. I kept on trying to reach them for more than 5-days but they didnt borther. But when I disputed the charge, then they called me saying that there was some service charge of $51. And airline fees.. I dont know what the *** is it./... And second time, when I was trying to make a reservation on there website (but thats after a liong time and I forgot my earlier experience with this fradulant website), and after entering the credit card information, when I clicked on submit, I got an error that "we are unable to book your ticket online. To book your ticket, please call us on 818-345-3800. But when I tried calling these guys, despite of the fact that they are claming that they are open 20-hrs (mon-sun), they were closed by that time.So, assuming this reservation as unsuccessful, I changed my plan. But even they they charged my credit card for $557. And they are not even ready to lsiten anything (forget about refund).

Travel Guard is the company that Ultimatefares.com and Cheapflightsales.com charge you for Travel Insurance. Their website was built and designed to charge people for Travel Insurance when you do not even elect to choose it. They have ripped off thousands of people and they get monthly checks approximately $20,000 each month.
The owner of Ultimatefares.com is stating I am a discrunted employee and is writing lies about me and his company. I ran their billing department and I know that this company will rip you off left and right, forwards and backwards, they are scam artists. The owner Roni writes Reviews calling himself Samantha and alot of other bogus names as he tries to protect his company and image. If anyone has been ripped off from this man and company please send me an email to randi dot greenberg at yahoo dot com and I will advise you exactly how to stop this man from ripping you off.
I will be more than happy to explain to you exactly how to go about filing a Chargeback which is disputing the Fraud Charge on your credit card. This man Roni, dba Samantha is scared Chiittless as he know my posts are true and his business is in big trouble. When I worked there my last month I had spoken to approximately one hundred people that received error messages on his website, booked elsewhere as they did not think there tickets had went thru, when they did and got charged for two sets of tickets and this company will not be refunding their money. Roni Herskovitz is Fraud and so is Ultimatefares.com, Cheapflightsales.com, Travel Services, Arcade Travel, and Interglobe, oh my god so many names. If anyone needs additional information about this Fraud huming imbosil, please contact ARC in Virginia. Ultimatefares.com must be on good behavior with them or else, well Roni, want the plugs pulled again so you cant sell any tickets and have to used Indian Consolidators "Skybird" and Trams Am Travel to book your tickets.

WARNING!!! I used UltimateFares.com and got hit with the "agent fees" and taxes etc. but found I would need to cancel my tickets the very next day. Although the disclosure states you cannot get a refund I as desperate to reclaim as much of my $960 as possible. The operator readily told me that if I paid another $100 cancelation fee they would reund the $960 to my Visa account in 2-3 business days. That was on Feb 22nd and it is now March 26th and they are now saying that I won't get my money back period!. Not even the bogus "cancelation fee"! During this time I have called numerous times only to be told that they don't understand why the money hasn't transferred yet. Yeah..Whatever!!! Now that we got my bank involved they're blaming Visa for "holding" (?) my money and refuse to deal with us anymore. Stay far away from UltimateFares.com!!!!!

Call your credit card company and file a chargeback which means you have to dispute the charges. Their number in Boca Raton Florida which is there corporate office is 561-922-5636. There address is 7100 Camino Real, Boca Raton, Florida. That is there physical address but they use a post office box to prevent the consumers from visiting there offices because they RIP PEOPLE OFF EVERY DAY. The owners names are Roni and Iris. THEY ARE KNOWN IN THE INDUSTRY, ESPECIALLY WITH AMERICAN AIRLINES AS AMERICAN AIRLINES HAD STOPPED THEM FROM BOOKING TICKETS BECAUSE THEY RIPPED THEM OFF TOO.

Call your Credit Card Company immediately and file a Chargeback if Ultimatefares.com will not help you.
You must do this ASAP!!! Your Credit Card Company will Protect You.

this company sold me 2 tickets to Brazil with a comp[any that is no longer operating in N. America and refuse to help me.

I wonder if you and I ever spoke. I was the Billing Manager and could never help these unsatisfied customers because of the Fraudelent Activities this company provides. If anyone has any questions on how to handle them please just write your complaint and I will be more than happy to direct you in the right way as to what you will need to do. I must suggest to everyone, if you feel you were charged for something that you never booked or call your credit card company and dispute the charges. This is called a Chargeback and that is your only resolution if you feel you have been ripped off.. I am so relieved I no longer work for this Horrible Company because I really feel for the People that Ultimatefares.com and Cheapflightsales.com are ripping the world off

This website www.ultimatefares.com is a 101% fraud as they took out around $442.00 from my credit card.. Dont ever trust their stupid customer service and you will end up calling your bank for unknown charges chanrged in the name of sick charges... you will find thousands of complaints against this website cheating customer... vishal

That is very Strange World Traveler. You quoted in Trip Advisor you have never used Ultimatefares.com.. Why do you have to lie, you must be the owner trying to protect the company.
